My journey with sound healing has been profoundly transformative. As someone who is neurodivergent, I’ve found deep solace in the vibrations and frequencies—they create a space where my mind quiets, my body softens, and my spirit feels truly held.

I’m endlessly fascinated by the ancient wisdom woven into this practice. Combining sound healing with yoga and other holistic therapies is something I cherish deeply—it feels like an offering from both the past and the present.

Sharing this work with others is a true gift. Witnessing transformation through sound, watching individuals discover their own unique soundprint that ripples into their communities—it’s nothing short of magical. It’s an honour and a privilege to walk alongside them on their journey.
