It's truly amazing how much life can change when you embrace something new, especially when it's something you believe can positively impact those around you. Sound has been a transformative force in my own life, and I continue to find immense pleasure in witnessing the positive effects it has on my clients.

​Every sound healing session brings just what is needed.  I love it when clients share their experiences and their amazement about the power of the Tibetan Singing Bowls and what experiences they had during the session, it is always humbling and awe inspiring.

My journey with sound has been a very gentle one; my most joyful and successful experiences were born from ideas I had at the very start, journaling after sound baths.

Having grown through my own traumas in life, I understand the importance of taking care of one's wellbeing and working through any trauma, so the mind, body and Soul are in harmony.

My full-time profession provides me with the skills to hold a safe and confidential space to offer 121, couples and group sound healing therapy and Reiki sessions.
